Advertising in Onsite Conference Program Information

The Onsite Conference program is handed out to every attendee of the conference and contains key information on events, sessions, exhibitor workshops, exhibitor contact information and much more. Attendees constantly refer to the program onsite and hold onto it for future reference, generating multiple impressions for advertisers. We accept full, half and quarter page advertisements.

Rates

$1200 for full page advertisement in Annual Meeting final program; $700 for a half page advertisement and $500 for a quarter page advertisement. This does not include alterations; rates are subject to change without notice.

Advertisement sizes:
Full page: 7.5" w x 10" h
Horizontal Half page: 7.5 w x 5" h
Quarter page: 3.75 w x 5" h

Electronic Submission Requirements

Ads may be sent via e-mail (hblevi@aaip.org). Ads should be in PDF format and 100% to size. A hard copy of the ad must be faxed. Please embed all fonts when you create the PDF.

Digital Files: PDF, tif, or jpegs (jpg) files are accepted. Files should be 300 dpi. All ads should be proof read before submitting. Our preferred format for file submission is PDF. Do not leave crop marks on the PDF. Please include the name of the advertisers business in the name of the submitted file
PDF Requirements: If your ad is already built electronically, AAIP prefers to receive it as a PDF, properly formatted to ensure quality printing. All ads must be bordered, except full pages.

• All fonts embedded/converted to outlines
• Acrobat 5 (PDF 1.4)
• Built to exact size (no crop/registration marks or white space beyond ad size)
• Correct embedded resolution
• Correct color mode

Advertising Acceptance

The publisher reserves the right to reject any advertisement not considered suitable for publication. Advertisers and ad agencies assume liability for all ad content including text, images and illustrations. AAIP will not be held responsible for errors in printing of
digital files. We reserve the right to reject any advertisement not in keeping with AAIP standards.

Deadlines and Cancellation Policy

Ad Reservation Deadline: July 10, 2008
Artwork Deadline: July 10, 2008

Cancellations must be submitted in writing and faxed to the accounting department by the space reservation deadline. No cancellations accepted after ad reservation deadline. Failure to notify
publisher will result in full cost of insertion.
