Organizations interested in receiving exhibit information should send and email to Anita Cox, Exhibits Manager at acox@aaip.org.
Letters of Agreement are now being accepted for the 37th Annual AAIP Annual Meeting in Worley, Idaho. Exhibitors, Vendors and Sponsors are considered Grantors. Grantors are required to sign the Letter of Agreement (LOA), click here to download the LOA form. Please be informed that the LOA is not the Exhibit Registration Form, the Exhibit Registration form will be provided to Grantors on submission of their LOA.
Interested organization representatives are to complete the Grantor information on page 1 and include signature of Grantor on page 2. The completed forms can be faxed to Anita Cox at (405) 943-1190. Do not send payment with the LOA. Payment method will be provided on the Exhibit Registration form.

Exhibiting Times:
Sunday, July 27th - 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Monday, July 28th - 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Actually viewing time 1:30 to 4:00p.m.)
Breakdown:
Monday, July 28th 5:00 to 6:00 p.m.
Note: Plenary Sessions and Luncheon will be held in Plummer, ID. Breakout Sessions and Exhibits will be held in Worley, ID
