How to Register
Early Bird Registration for the Annual Conference is now open. Registration is only available via a paper form that can be downloaded and submitted through mail or fax. Early Bird Advance registration closes June 26, 2008. Registrations must be post-marked or otherwise dated on or before June 26, 2008, to receive the early bird rate. Regular rates apply to all registrations post-marked or otherwise dated on or after June 26, 2008.

Confirmations
The AAIP Registration office will e-mail or mail a registration receipt to you, if we receive your registration by July 18, 2008. If you do not receive a written confirmation within three weeks, please call AAIP’s Accounting Department at 405-946-7072 to verify your registration status.
Registrations received after July 18 cannot be processed and you will be asked to pay the registration fee on-site at the conference.

Regular Conference Registration $450
General
Early Bird Conference Registration $300
Regular Conference Registration $350
One-day $150
One-day fees are charged onsite only, and allow an attendee to register for just one day of the meeting.
Events Requiring Additional Registration
Details on events requiring additional registration, such as the Women’s Retreat, Golf Scramble, and 5K Fun Run/ 1 Mile Walk
will be available on the “SPECIAL EVENTS” page.
Refunds and Cancellations
Substitutions are welcome at any time. Otherwise, registration cancellations must be made in writing and faxed or e-mailed by July 10, 2008. Cancellations will result in a full refund less a $100 processing fee. No phone cancellations will be accepted. No refunds for cancellations received after the July 10th, 2008 cancellation deadline. Refunds will be processed after the Annual Conference.
