Diabetes - Program Affiliates
Affiliate Chart
To complete our goals, the AAIP Diabetes program has partnered with diabetes education and prevention leaders in Indian Country. Diabetes Program Affiliates include:
Partnership Network Affiliates (PNAs)
PNAs are leaders in their communities on raising awareness of diabetes and are always looking for new and improved approaches to fighting the diabetes epidemic. AAIP supports the PNAs by providing them with the most current diabetes information and AIAN National Diabetes Education Program (NDEP) campaigns through quarterly mailings and the AAIP Diabetes Program listserv. PNAs also keep AAIP and the rest of the PNA Network, presently at 875 affiliates, connected on the education and prevention strategies that work in their communities.
