Mini-Grant Criteria and Application
AAIP Diabetes Program offers $1000 mini-grants to build capacity of organizations to develop and implement AIAN specific, community-based interventions to prevent or delay diabetes. Mini-grant proposals should be designed to improve the knowledge, attitude, skills and behaviors related to the prevention, early detection, and control of diabetes complications.
