Call for Abstract: 44th Annual Meeting and National Health Conference

Call For Abstract

The Association of American Indian Physicians conducts a national health conference to serve as a forum for healthcare professionals, policy makers, and tribal/community members concerned with American Indian/ Alaskan Native Health, healthcare, community wellness, and honoring Native Traditions. Presentations will be given in plenary sessions and breakout sessions. We recognize and wholeheartedly welcome research and programs from diverse participants/non Native programs as well, understanding many paradigms are translatable to our communities. Please submit your abstracts. Thank you for participating in this important meeting and contributing to the improvement of the health and well being of Native Peoples.   

For full consideration of your abstract submission, you must include a Bio/CV and Speaker Disclosure Form (SDF see attached).  If your abstract is accepted, you will be notified if your presentation will be held in a plenary session or breakout session.  For preliminary planning purposes, your presentation should be 45 minutes in length with 5-10 minutes for questions and answers.  Presentations must be designed to convey substantive material appropriate for CME credit.  You must indicate if a co-author intends to co-present.  Those who do not indicate that they wish to present prior to CME approval will not be allowed to speak at the conference.
