New Report Examines Challenges to Growth of American Indians and Alaska Natives in Medicine

The report, Reshaping the Journey: American Indians and Alaska Natives in Medicine, is the first of its kind where two national organizations join together to delve into the current state of how the AI/AN population is represented in medicine, while also illustrating the case for increasing AI/AN representation in the health professions by highlighting the value of diversity in education and training, and workforce needs.
