AAIP Health Careers Student Programs


AAIP works to increase the number of American Indian/Alaskan Native trained and employed in the health professions by encouraging students to explore health careers, providing services that aid them in competing for entrance into and graduating from health professions training programs.


The National Institute of Diabetes & Digestive & Kidney Diseases (NIDDK), Office of Minority Health Research Coordination offers scholarships to undergraduate AI/AN college students to attend the 39th AAIP Annual Meeting & Health Conference in Albuquerque, NM, August 5 - 9, 2010
