American Society of Nephrology Loan Mitigation Program Call for Applications

The American Society of Nephrology (ASN) will soon be accepting applications for the ASN Loan Mitigation Program as a part of its continued efforts in celebrating diversity in nephrology.

 

This program will fund up to six applicants and provide each successful candidate $50,000 to reduce their loan burden over three years. Awards will center on individuals who have experienced personal or family hardship that has affected the need for financial assistance. Committed to increasing diversity at all levels of the society and the specialty, ASN strongly encourages diverse applicants to the Loan Mitigation Program.

 

Applications for the program will open on July 23 and will close August 21, 2024. In our efforts to reach the best and brightest eligible candidates, we believe promoting this exciting program with the Association of American Indian Physicians will help us reach this goal.
