Apply Now: HRSA Loan Programs for Public Colleges and Universities The Health Resources Services Administration (HRSA) offers four loan programs to eligible colleges, universities, and other educational institutions. Schools can then offer loans to students in need who are pursuing a health professions degree. HRSA offers these loan programs to schools and educational institutions only. Individuals, such as students, cannot apply to HRSA for these loan programs. Why apply? Long term, low interest. Public schools, non-profit schools and educational institutions are eligible to apply. Four loan programs to choose from. How do I apply? Read the SF424 instructions and fill out the SF424 form If you receive an error stating the document requires Adobe Reader 8 or higher, open the document in Adobe and select “Enable All Features” to view the document. Complete the application to participate in the program of interest. Submit the SF424 and program application to the program officer. Deadline to apply.
